By registering an account, accepting these Terms, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides developers and businesses with model API access, API key management, request routing, usage records, billing, and related functions. Available models, capabilities, prices, and limits are shown in the Service and actual APIs.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information and protect your account, password, and API keys.
• Actions made through your account or API key are treated as authorized by you unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
• If you discover exposure, theft, or unusual activity, disable the affected key and contact us immediately.
• You may not resell, rent, or otherwise provide accounts or access to third parties without permission.

3. Billing and Payment

The Service generally uses prepaid, usage-based billing. Charges are calculated from the model, usage, price, and applicable billing rules and deducted from your balance. Review prices, balance, and budget limits before making calls.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, harassing, or harmful conduct.
• Do not bypass billing, authorization, rate, security, or risk controls or interfere with the Service or upstream systems.
• You are responsible for ensuring lawful rights and permissions for submitted content and for your inputs, calls, and use of outputs.
• You must follow applicable rules and the requirements of relevant upstream model providers.

5. Upstream Models and Generated Content

Outputs are generated automatically by third-party upstream models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to other results. You must evaluate outputs independently and must not treat them as professional advice or guaranteed facts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service software, interfaces, documentation, and brand materials belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. Rights and restrictions relating to generated content may depend on applicable rules and upstream model terms.

7. Changes and Suspension

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, resource, upstream, or compliance reasons. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in serious violations, risk events, unpaid charges, or threats to Service security.

8. Responsibility

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continuous availability of any upstream model, or completely accurate outputs. You are responsible for key security, budgets, backups, and output review.

9. Updates and Dispute Communication

We may update these Terms and show the latest update date. Questions, complaints, or disputes relating to the Service or these Terms should first be discussed through the published contact details in an effort to reach an amicable resolution.
