Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to account top-ups made through official ZeroFA channels. The Service is provided and operated by WEIMENGYUN NETWORK TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED, registered at RM 701.UNIT108B.7/F. TWR BNEW MANDARINPLAZA14 SCIENCEMUSEUM RD TSIM SHATSUIHONG KONG.

1. Scope

This Policy applies only to verifiable top-up transactions completed through official Service pages. Transactions made through resellers, agents, or other third parties must be handled by that channel.

2. Refundable Balance

You may request a refund of unconsumed balance funded by an actual payment. We review the top-up, consumed amount, payment status, account security, and related transaction information before determining the refundable amount.

3. Generally Non-Refundable Items

• Amounts already used for API calls or other delivered services.
• Balances granted through promotions, rebates, compensation, gifts, or other non-payment methods.
• Valid usage caused by user configuration errors, mistakes, key exposure, or third-party actions.
• Transactions that cannot be verified or show fraud, abusive refund behavior, misuse, or other clear anomalies.
• Payments made through third-party channels and not collected directly by the Service.

4. How to Apply

Provide the registered account, top-up order number, payment channel, proof of payment, requested amount, and reason. We may request reasonably necessary materials to verify the account and transaction.

5. Review and Payment

We review complete requests within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the payment channel, bank, or relevant provider. The corresponding balance is removed from the account after refund completion.

6. Fees and Exchange Differences

Payment channels, banks, or other providers may charge fees, and cross-currency transactions may involve exchange differences. Unless caused by a duplicate charge or clear Service error, such external fees and exchange differences are generally excluded from the refund.

7. Updates and Communication

We may update this Policy and show the latest update date. If you disagree with a refund result, request a review through the published contact details so both parties can communicate and seek a reasonable resolution.
